Postino Wine Cult is a quarterly wine subscription created by Postino WineCafe that provides its members with four trusted, delicious wines each quarter (“Cult Box”) in addition to select Member Perks only available to Wine Cult members that can be redeemed at any Postino WineCafe location.

Whether in-restaurant or online, prospective Wine Cult members need to complete the registration form.

Your perks start the day you sign up! On your enrollment date, you will be able to pick up your Sign-Up Gift and start receiving your Member Perks. Your first Cult Box will be available at the beginning of the next quarter. Members may have the ability to purchase the current or past Cult Box, if inventory is available, at the Wine Cult member price of $60, plus applicable tax.

If you cancel your membership, your perks expire at the end of the last quarter for which you have made payment. For example: (a) for quarterly members, if you sign up on Oct 27, your perks will expire Dec 31; for annual members, if you sign up on Oct 27, your perks will expire Dec 31 of the following year. Memberships will continue until canceled.

The Cru is the group of founding members for each market. Founding members are the people who join the Wine Cult the first quarter in which Wine Cult membership becomes available in their state. Members in The Cru have additional Member Perks.

Currently, Postino Wine Cult is available in all Postino WineCafe restaurants located in Arizona, except for Postino B-Side.

Postino Wine Cult is currently available in Arizona, Texas and Colorado. You can expect to see Wine Cult in more states in 2022. 

When choosing a Your Postino location, you are choosing your home restaurant where you will pick up your Cult Boxes. Member Perks can be redeemed at any Postino location, except for Postino B-Side, unless otherwise specified.

Your Postino location can be updated in the Postino Wine Cult mobile apps or by emailing [email protected].

Once you have joined the Postino Wine Cult, you will receive a confirmation email with your member number and offer to redeem your Sign-Up Gift.

Please search for “Postino Wine Cult” and check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation email. Your confirmation email will have your Wine Cult membership information. If you are unable to find the email, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Members can be identified using one of four ways: first and last name, phone number, email address, or Wine Cult member number.

If you receive this message, it may mean your email address or phone number was used for a Postino Wine Cult account in the past. Please reach out to us for further assistance at [email protected].

Each Cult Box is a curated selection of four (4) bottles of wine. Cult Boxes will also have unique swag, information content, and may include additional items that you can pick up at Your Postino and enjoy at home.

Cult Boxes are available every three months following the quarterly membership charge. Members are notified via email and text message when Cult Boxes are available for pickup.
Quarterly membership charges occur on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Members that pay annually will receive their Cult Boxes following the dates listed above regardless of their charge date.

Beginning on May 16, 2022, any new Wine Cult members will receive $50 at Postino. Sign-up gifts can be used toward a Postino experience or to purchase wine. The sign-up gift does not apply to your membership fees.

  • 20% Off of The Bottle Collection to-go
    “The Bottle Collection” are wines available in restaurant and defined at each restaurant location
  • Monthly Hook-ups
    Monthly hook-ups are rewards that will be electronically sent out to members each month.

    Members can expect things like Happy Hour all day, a brunch cocktail on us, and more!

  • Exclusive access to small batch wines
    Through our partnerships, Wine Cult members will have exclusive access to small batch wines. These opportunities will be communicated electronically when available.
  • First tastes of seasonal By the Glass wine menu
    Members will receive rewards to taste new wines whenever they are added to our menu.
  • VIP access to new Merchandise
  • The Cru will receive:
    One (1) By the Glass bottle each year;
  • Invitations to new restaurant openings; and
  • Additional perks made available from time to time.

Members can login to postinowinecult.com or use the Postino Wine Cult app to manage their Member Perks. Member Perks are found under My Hookups.

payment

A quarterly membership costs $60/quarter plus tax. You will receive one Cult Box per quarter and be billed automatically the first of the quarter. Tax will be based on the geographic location of Your Postino. You will be charged on the 1st day of each quarter that you are a member. Specifically, credit cards will be charged on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.

Annual members will be charged $220 plus tax for their subscription. You will be charged at the first of the quarter following your sign up. Tax will be based on the geographic location of Your Postino. Subsequent charges will occur on a year (365 days) following your first charge.

A credit card on file allows for automated payments at the first of every quarter or at your annual renewal date.

Charges for your Wine Cult membership will show under “Postino Wine Cult” or “Upward Projects, LLC”.

Yes, your Wine Cult subscription can be cancelled through your member profile (accessible on postinowinecult.com). Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days before the next billing cycle.

No, there are no cancellation fees and you can cancel at any time. Following cancellation, you will maintain your Wine Cult Member Perks until the beginning of the next quarter (for quarterly memberships) or next year (for annual memberships).

Currently, Upward Projects and Postino WineCafe gift cards or promo cards are not accepted as payment for Wine Cult.

You can pick up your first Cult Box at Your Postino during the next quarterly release. You will be notified electronically when your Cult Box is ready.

You will receive an email from Postino Wine Cult when it is time to pick up your quarterly Cult Box. In 2022, seasonal drops occur in January, April, July and October and will be available for a 5-week pickup window. Cult Boxes must be picked up during such 5-week window. You will receive multiple notifications. Don’t miss out! Pick up your release as soon as possible to ensure availability of your Cult Box!

Cult Boxes must be picked up at Your Postino (your home store). Your Postino is notated in your Wine Cult membership account. You can update or change Your Postino when signed into your account or by contacting [email protected].

You will need to pick up your Cult Box from Your Postino. When picking up, members will need to provide their first and last name, phone number, email address, and/or member number to a Postino team member and redeem their Cult Box.

Yes, you can still get your hands on the tasty wines in the Cult Box. 

Members that sign up after the billing date can purchase the current Cult Box (if available) at their Your Postino location for the members-only price of $60 plus tax.

Right now, we are not able to ship wine but we’re working on that!

We do our best to ensure that each Postino WineCafe has enough Cult Boxes for all members; however, as new members are joining all the time, we may run out of Cult Boxes prior to the end of the 5-week pick-up window. If you do not pick up your seasonal drop before end of the pick-up window or if Cult Boxes are out of stock when you go to pick yours up, then we are here to help you. No, to update your Membership or cancel, you will need to visit postinowinecult.com and login to your account.

Yes, you can place a pickup order for your Cult Box. You’ll go to “Order Now”, select “Wine Cult”, and then select “Cult Box (Pickup Only).” 

At the Cart screen, make sure that you apply your Wine Cult Box reward to your order so that you do not pay for a Cult Box.

Yes, many of the Monthly Hookups will be able to be redeemed through the app. 

When placing an order on the cart screen, you will select Rewards and apply any available hookups or rewards.

Yes, both gift cards and promo cards are able to be redeemed when ordering through the Wine Cult app. 

For gift cards, you will select “Gift/Loyalty” in the payment window.

For promo or comp cards, you will input those in the cart windo under “Have a Promo Code?”

Yes, we have two options for gifting Wine Cult. Gift purchasers can choose from a 2 Quarter gift or an Annual gift. To purchase a gift, please visit our Gift A Membership page.

Gift recipients receive all of the same benefits as a Wine Cult member. There’s nothing different. 

Here are the benefits:

Upward Projects and Postino WineCafe gift cards are not accepted as payment for Wine Cult gifts.

Currently, Wine Cult is only available in Arizona. Gift recipients must be within 50 miles of a Postino location in Arizona.
