No, Upward Projects, Postino WineCafe, and Postino Wine Cult gift cards cannot be used when purchasing a Wine Cult membership.

Yes, both gift cards and promo cards are able to be redeemed when ordering through the Wine Cult app.  For gift cards, you will select “Gift/Loyalty” in the payment window. For promo or comp cards, you will input those in the cart window under “Have a Promo Code?”

I have an annual membership; how much does it cost and when will I be charged?

Annual members will be charged $220 plus tax for their subscription. Tax will be based on the geographic location of Your Postino.  Subsequent charges will occur every year on the first day of the quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) when you signed up.  For example, if you purchased your membership on August 15, 2023, the next time you will be charged will be July 1, 2024.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, your Wine Cult subscription can be cancelled by sending an email to hello@postinowinecult.com. Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days before the next billing cycle.

When do I pick up Cult Boxes?

You will receive an email from Postino Wine Cult when it is time to pick up your quarterly Cult Box. Seasonal drops occur in January, April, July and October. Each season you will receive 4 bottles of wine.  If you are a member in Colorado, you will receive two boxes with two wines each. You will receive multiple notifications via email and app. Pick up your release as soon as possible to ensure the availability of your Cult Box!

I signed up after the billing date, do I still have the ability to get the Cult Box?

Starting in October 2023, members who sign up after the billing date will automatically receive their Cult Boxes once they are a part of the Wine Cult program.

Yes, we have two options for gifting Wine Cult. Gift purchasers can choose from a 2-Quarter gift or an Annual gift. To purchase a gift, please visit our Gift A Membership page.

Can I place a pickup order for my Cult Box?

Yes, you can place a pickup order for your Cult Box. You’ll go to “Order Now”, select “Wine Cult”, and then select “Cult Box.”  At the Cart screen, make sure that you apply your Wine Cult Box reward to your order so that you do not pay for a Cult Box.

When do my Member Perks expire?

Each Member Perk has a specific expiration date that is communicated via email and in the Wine Cult app. Make sure to redeem these perks before their expiration! If you cancel your membership, your perks expire at the end of the last quarter for which you have made payment. For example: for quarterly members, if you sign up on Oct 27, your perks will expire Dec 31; for annual members, if you sign up on Oct 27, your perks will expire Dec 31 of the following year.

Your perks start immediately but could be delayed. If you have not received your perks within 24 hours of signing up, please contact us by email at hello@postinowinecafe.com. You’ll receive an email regarding access to your $50 at Postino and additional Member Perks. Your first Cult Box will be available immediately and include wines from this current release. Members may have the ability to purchase additional Cult Boxes, if inventory is available, at the Wine Cult member price of $60 (or $30, if a resident in Colorado), plus applicable tax.

We do our best to ensure that each Postino WineCafe has enough Cult Boxes for all members; however, as new members are joining all the time, we may run out of Cult Boxes prior to the end of the 5-week pick-up window. If you do not pick up your seasonal drop before end of the pick-up window or if Cult Boxes are out of stock when you go to pick yours up, then we are here to help you. Cult Boxes are available every three months following the quarterly membership charge. Members are notified via email and text message when Cult Boxes are available for pickup.
